Welcome to Vybe Space. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. Who Can Use Vybe Space
Vybe Space is open to users of any age, but parental or guardian consent is required for users under 13. Users under 13 cannot complete registration. By completing signup, you confirm you are 13 or older, or have parental consent where required by law.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and not sharing it.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Use your real age in your profile. Lying about your age to bypass safety features is a violation of these terms.
- You may only have one account unless we explicitly authorize otherwise.
3. Acceptable Use
Vybe Space is a community meant to be safe, positive, and welcoming. You agree not to:
- Harass or bully other users in any form
- Post sexual content of any kind. This includes explicit images, suggestive content involving minors, and solicitation.
- Threaten or incite violence against any person or group
- Share illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
- Impersonate another person, celebrity, or organization
- Spam other users with unwanted messages or content
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
- Collect personal information from other users without their consent
- Share personal information of others without their consent
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Vybe Space a license to display, store, and distribute that content as part of operating the service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that you do not have the right to share.
5. Moderation
Reports and flagged content are reviewed by platform administrators. We may remove content that violates these terms, suspend accounts, or ban users who seriously or repeatedly violate these terms. We aim to act fairly.

6. Privacy
Your use of Vybe Space is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give advance notice for significant changes. We are not liable for any interruption.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vybe Space is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
